Description
Automatic tapping machines with variable speeds
The MDR Series offers fast and precise automatic tapping machines, available in column or pedestal versions. The mechanical variator transmission allows continuous speed adjustment, while the chuck system enables rigid tapping. For heavier-duty applications, a gear-driven version (MDR32) is also available.
Ideal for intensive and continuous production of large work batches.
The basic configuration includes:
■ Transmission is by means of a mechanical variator with continuous speed regulation
■ The step is adjusted by means of a lead-screw that allows the execution of “Rigid” Tapping
■ Automatic Tapping Cycles
■ LED Lighting 24V
■ A spindle of your choice at the time of order
