Durometer EXPORT R
Description
The ERGOTEST line instruments allow Rockwell hardness measurement according to ISO and ASTM standards.
Brinell and Vickers indentations can also be performed, to be measured with the optical device supplied as an optional accessory.
The robust cast-iron stand is designed to allow use on samples of considerable size, ensuring a high degree of stability and repeatability during test cycles and reliability over time.
The availability of a wide range of accessories increases the versatility of use in all laboratory and industrial hardness applications.
All Ergotest line instruments, indenters and calibration specimens can be certified ACCREDIA.
The Ergotest Export R durometer is built by enhancing the features of cost-effectiveness, ease of use and reliability.
The measuring device consists of a micrometer comparator with manual zeroing, with a 108 mm diameter dial, with a scale for standard or superficial Rockwell tests, with direct reading of the unit and an indication of 0.2 Rockwell units.
Load selection is carried out using a knob located in an ergonomic position on the right side of the instrument.
The test is performed manually by operating the lever always on the right side of the instrument, after the operator has checked the correct application of the preload on the comparator and has zeroed the scale by acting on the outer ring of the comparator itself.
A knob allows adjustment of the descent speed of the applied load.
The Ergotest Export R allows Rockwell tests, scales A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and K on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
