FAST MAG, drastically reduces

machine set-up times

LTF Spa builds modular electropermanent

magnetic plates to make machine set-up

even faster and more flexible. The

FAST MAG magnetic modules

can also be built with

both sides magnetisable. This

type of plate simultaneously

clamps the workpiece and the

machine table.

FAST MAG modules are particularly suitable for

machining workpieces with large dimensions

or parts with shapes such that they do not

require full coverage of the

table with magnetic plates.

The workpiece can be clamped without

the need for mechanical fixtures that

hinder machining. The sides of the

workpiece are therefore easily

accessible from the usable

side and enable fast machining with

5-axis CNC machines.
