ERGONOMIC CONSTRUCTION

STAGE ASSEMBLY

The stage assembly is positioned laterally and angled with respect to the large screen, making it easier for the operator to use.

It consists of a robust milling-type base mounted on vertical guides with preloaded roller bearings, ensuring absolute precision even when inspecting parts of considerable weight (150/200 kg).

Horizontal and vertical movement is motorized using recirculating ball screws paired with DC motors and speed adjustment.

CNC

The stage assembly movements can be controlled by a numerical control unit, allowing automation of the traditional use of the profile projector.

The CNC enables, through self-learning, the storage of the desired measuring path and, subsequently, automatic execution of the inspection of the part in question, with issuance of the related test certificate.

The measuring software, installed on a PC, runs in a Windows environment and allows, among other things, obtaining the graphical representation of the component being inspected.

TILTING LAMP ARM

This feature, common to all Microtecnica profile projectors with horizontal illumination, allows heavy components to be positioned easily on the stage. It also makes it possible to perform finishing operations of gauges,

matrices, tools, moulds, etc. directly on the stage without removing the part being inspected.

OBJECTIVE TURRET

This model replaces the single-seat objective holder, in which objectives are inserted manually with bayonet fitting, and can be equipped with a rotating turret for changing 4 objectives.
