Roller conveyor transfer stations for machining long elements

Our TPR roller conveyor transfer stations perform drilling, countersinking and tapping operations on long elements.
They are fitted with a state-of-the-art programming system, which is intuitive and therefore user-friendly, allowing various machining cycles to be memorised and variable centre distances to be set.
They can be complemented with bar loaders and a continuous cycle cutting station.
The machining heads are fixed, whereas the profile slides on a roller conveyor, with controlled movement and programming in a continuous cycle with machining operations.
