Description

High-precision vice mounted on a simple sine bar. Angular accuracy ± 4” of a degree in space, using positioning with parallel lapping blocks.

Suitable for high-precision work on surface grinders or as a measuring/control tool. Built entirely from alloyed, non-deformable steel, hardened to 58/60 HRC. The special clamping system ensures repeatability during machining. The vice is supplied with the value table to be produced using parallel lapping blocks in order to obtain the required angle.
