Double vice SYSTEM3 100x97x2 V-jaw

Built entirely from cemented and tempered NiCrMo steel, hardness HRC 60/62. Fully ground, with hundredth-millimetre tolerances. High and compact structure to work on all sides, also vertically. Compact dimensions despite the large openings. Possibility to assemble the vice in various versions; simple, double, self-centring, with the option to clamp the workpiece both when closing and when opening. The same sliding block serves as the base for all the various possible transformations. It is possible to use the two faces of the moving jaw: the angled side for round workpieces and the opposite side for smooth workpieces.

In the double version of the System 3 vice, only one operator is needed to clamp both workpieces. Mount workpiece 1 keeping it still, tighten the screw until it pre-clamps the workpiece so that it does not move. Mount workpiece 2 keeping it still, tighten the screw until the two workpieces are firmly clamped. It is possible to use the two faces of the moving jaws: the grooved side is suitable for rough workpieces, the smooth side for finished workpieces.
