Ergotest DIGI: the state of the art of the Galileo durometry range. Recently renewed and properly updated with sophisticated software capable of controlling all instrument functions and the complete measurement cycle.

The operating interface has been simplified thanks to the new control panel with a color touch screen display, and load selection is performed using a knob in an ergonomic position on the right side of the instrument.

The test is carried out automatically after the specific signal confirms correct application of the pre-load.

The new software also allows data to be sent externally via the USB port or the possibility to configure a LAN connection.

The new models of the Ergotest DIGI line are equipped with the innovative color touch-screen display, which allows the many functions offered by the device to be used through intuitive graphics. With a few movements, the operator can set up a new test, save the obtained results, define and display measurement reports, and export the saved data in Text or Excel format to a USB stick or to the company LAN network.

The new software also enables automatic conversion of the measured value into a different hardness scale or the tensile fracture load.

Calculation of statistical parameters such as mean value, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values, number of measurements, with the possibility of entering some parameters from the keyboard for documentation purposes (date, specimen number, batch number).

It is possible to choose the results display mode by selecting a single measurement, the list of all measurements performed, the table of statistical parameters, the histogram of measurements, or the “history” diagram.
