ULTRA QUAD magnetic anchoring systems ensure flexibility and fast workpiece positioning on machining centres. Thanks to the square poles, a uniform magnetic anchoring is achieved.

Advantages

Among the many advantages offered by the use of UQ, there is the possibility to machine five free faces in a single setup.

In fact, by using fixed pole expansions it is possible to machine while lifted from the magnetic plate, performing surface planing, contouring and through-hole drilling without any interference from clamps.
