MIGA Multi-process inverter welding generators are versatile, easy to use, and have a welding quality typically found in more advanced products.
The MIGA line offers the right quality/price ratio for those who have to do maintenance work on small buildings or workshops.
The exclusive interface EASY-MIG FULL SETTING allows you to weld in MIG Synergic / MIG Manual / No Gas / MMA / TIG Lift.
MIGA 225XL delivers 200 Amp direct current (DC). The power supply voltage is single-phase 230 Volt. It has low energy consumption and can be used with reduced installed power (3 kW) or connected to a motor generator (see technical data table).
It holds 300/200mm diameter wire spools: the perfect size for welders who only handle industrial spools.
The synergic or manual MIG process facilitates the welding of different metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and brazing with silicon copper wires or aluminum copper wires.
The change of polarity allows you to use a NO GAS cored wire. The cored wire has a substance inside that provides gaseous protection, making welding very simple without the need for a gas cylinder, particularly when working outdoors.
The MMA welding process allows for welding of rutile-coated and basic electrodes.
The TIG LIFT welding process, using a torch with a tap to control the protective gas, allows for minute processing on mild steel and stainless steel sheets of small thickness.
In TIG welding with LIFT arc striking, the tungsten electrode is placed on the surface to be welded and by lifting it slowly to strike the welding arc. The passage of low intensity current allows not to ruin the electrode while the welding machine progressively increases the amperage.
In addition to choosing the welding process, the main command FULL SETTING allows you to modify other important parameters to always achieve a great result.
MIG – Inductance you can adjust this value to reduce welding splashes.
MMA – Arc Force: To achieve optimal welding with each electrode, you can adjust the temporary increase in current when the arc becomes too short.
MMA – Automatic Hot Start: Facilitates arc striking.
TIG – Automatic slope up: progressive increase of the welding current to obtain a flawless weld seam start.
TIG – Slope down: decrease of the welding current to obtain a fine weld seam flawless.
Equipment: Torch DE 15E – 180A 3m EURO (010822) (Tip Ø 1,0mm), rollers (Ø 0,6 / 0,8mm Fe), Cable 16mmq with ground clamp (2,7m), gas hose (1,5m).
