Olimpia oleopneumatic precision vice 150x150 without pressure multiplier

The vice body is entirely made of steel, with hardened sliding guides. The moving part (carriage) and the swivel base are in G.250 cast iron. The screw and the nut are made of treated steel. The hardened steel jaws are ground and interchangeable. The swivel base is graduated over 360°. Supplied with reference dowels and a locking hand crank. On request, the oleopneumatic clamping is fitted to the 150 and 200 models.

The Olimpia vices can be supplied with oleopneumatic clamping. Suitable for medium and large series production. Maximum clamping force is 4,500 kg at a pressure of 6.5 ATE. Cylinder stroke 4 mm.
