Description

High rigidity of the spindle head housing thanks to heavily reinforced cast iron.

Wide threading and feed speed range without having to change gears in the external support.

Precision hardened and ground bed guideways.

Mechanical stop for longitudinal feed of the bed saddle with four adjustable eccentrics.

Connection layout via chain.

Chip protection with integrated readout, coolant pipe and control panel; possibility to link the protection to the apron so they move simultaneously.

All feed gears are made of hardened and ground steel.

Gear-change shafts on bearings; all components are lubricated in an oil bath.

Main spindle shaft with high load capacity, mounted on precision tapered roller bearings.

Safety handwheels with disengagement function for X and Z axes.

Self-braking motor.

Prismatic bed in heavily reinforced cast iron, providing high rigidity.

External coolant tank with level indicator.

Complete illumination of the working area.

3-jaw chuck Ø 315 mm supplied.
