The ULTRA QUAD magnetic clamping systems ensure flexibility and fast workpiece positioning when machining with machining centres. Thanks to the square-pole arrangement, a uniform magnetic clamping is achieved.

Among the many advantages offered by the use of UQ, there is the possibility to machine five free faces in a single setup.

In fact, by using fixed pole expansions it is possible to machine with the workpiece raised from the magnetic plane, performing surface planing, contouring and through-hole drilling without any interference from clamps.
